Some people are but this is different.

He came through our youth team and was a real success.

He is local and has roots in the area.

Jack bridge has been brilliant for us and he followed the same path, albeit not quite at the same higher level.
He left under a bit of a cloud. Most times when he started a game, the team shape had to be altered to accommodate him. I feel that he flattered at times and I am not sure his work ethic would endear himself to the team either.

Would be a fantastic player in the LCM role, linking up with Bridge. But surely we have no chance in signing him.
Surely we have absolutely zero interest in signing him.
Highly anonymous—as per usual— but surprisingly not substituted till quite late on by the Franchise in their 3-0 playoff defeat at Crawley tonight.

He always needed to be part of a midfield trio rather than pair when he was with us (or as the deeper of two forwards).

Yes I think we will have another midfielder there with him, we still have others including Matt Jay although I think he might leave us in this window. Looks like Chilvers and McGeehan are leaving too, we missed out on Alistair Smith possibly due to a fitness test fail but we are said to be in for Teddy Bishop from Lincoln.

Good luck CaP. From when he was with us:

And another of SBH's gems for good measure!

This was many moons ago now and his Dad used to play pool down Riley's when it was open. He wasn't shy in saying his son was going all the way... His coaches say his got the potential to play for England one day he'd tell you.

Yes I understand Teddy has a big Ego, if he is too over the top the Cowleys will bin him off, they want squad unison and not players who play for themselves and not the team. He did well at Ipswich and then Lincoln but I think he has had a lot of injuries over the years. In any case it might just be talk with nothing in it, there are bigger clubs than us in for him we will find out very shortly!
