Bilel is a talent, he is an entertainer, he is unreliable and innocent in the ways of agents, pro football, answering press questions and sensitivity of fans not to understand or realize there are lots of angles on the one small story. I wish he had been able to have played the last 2 games as he would have made a difference and given me some enjoyment for my cash and time. All teams need entertainers and we are lucky to have Fred and Hallsy to provide some fireworks....hopefully.
Loved Crownie, Super Roy, Ricky Otto, Chrissy Powell, Stan, etc as they made things happen; as does Bilel.
I await the tirades of dull & steady/results count etc replies.

Have to agree with this. Superb talent but needs more guidance.

Everyone forgets how good he was with the fans, the time he took to sign autographs etc.

I wish him all the best and thank him for all the entertainment he has given me as a player for SUFC

I wish him all the best, I still think he's been put in this situation by a greedy agent. He most likely does want to play higher, but his immaturity as a pro footballer has been exploited by a money man.

I'm not too fussed where he ends up even if it was a sideways move to Rotherham, we know enough about him to get him sent off in under 10 mins..:smile:

To be fair a move to Rotherham would not be a sideways move, I can see why it would appeal to most lower division players with ambition (either for footballing or bank account success). I said as soon as he went on trial to Wet Spam on the, I wonder if he'll end up at Rovrum.

Obviously it would be more appealing move if Gobshitecrook wasn't there.

Things in life can change very quickly . If having him mean't that we played better football and won more games and I enjoyed watching us more then I would ahve him back in an instant.

A different view of this could be that the club needs to get some money in pdq. What players are sale-able? Bilel, Hall, Kane? anyone else? Who does anyone think is top of the list to go?
Maybe Bilel wasn't wanted around the club any longer and he knew that more keenly than anyone.
I am thinking that the questions of "trial at ...." or "want to play higher?" "want more money " are easy to answer in the affirmative by every player and are not reasons to isolate a player.
Bilel has made mistakes and accepted his petulance as being v wrong.
If there were no buyers would the club manage this situation differently?
