that is a very good point .It would make sense for the club to at least look into the idea of marketing SUFC in Norway. it may be a non starter but it makes sense to consider it at least

That im not 100% sure on but going by Ricoh it should, as it would actually give Southend the national size venue that is sought after and makes FF an attractive proposition. When we are at the Ricoh we always end up in the Casino after the awards Dinner, the hotel is always booked with exhibitors or delegates (as are the majority of others), the local taxis do a stonking trade, the influx of us few thousand into Coventry for 2 days must increase there economy and then you times that by a couple a month and it becomes a great business. As mentioned i honestly don't know the size of the facility's at FF that were planned. It also takes other hotels being built in the town as well because there isn't enough rooms

I certainly will.But don't forget the massed ranks of Bar$a fans itching to spend their money in the Thames Estuary.Also it'll make my life easier as I won't (hopefully)have to explain to so many people that Southend is not Southampton!:winking:
