Echo News 'I'll watch Southend' - Harris reveals plans after leaving Millwall

The type of football we all want to see, including KM, costs, he is a very pragmatic manager and if you watch him, you will see that he is constantly urging players to be more progressive but at the moment its not happening, KM needs some new faces and when they arrive, the team will speed up and confidence will grow, the way of playing is dictated by cost, especially in the modern game and that's just how things are, unfortunately. We are where we are because of multiple factors, the least of these is KM. I'm perfectly confident that he will get it right and we will progress and be good to watch, he's already shown that since he came here but linear improvement is not always possible, the club as a whole is moving forward and good times are ahead.
His style of football is the same way he played the game, safety first, possession based, sterile and boring. Leopards don't change their spots. You have only to see him waving his armsa bout if a players dares something oositive.

It might seem a superficially attractive idea that Harris becomes manager when the inevitable happens but the club needs to learn the lesson - never go back. It almost always ends badly whether ex player returning as manager, player coming back for second spell or manager getting second chance. We need someone who doesn't have a past connection and who has fresh ideas, motivational skills and a love of enterprising, entertaining football.

Hope you can see the irony in your post.......On thread about Neil Harris.

That aside and not that he is coming here but if Harris is not good enough for you then who?

Harris knows there is potentially a decent job here, either early next year or late next year, (or not at all) he dosent need big bucks personally either
