In all seriousness, I'd go from South to East because I prefer the view to that of the West, even if the latter's atmosphere is much better.
Depends which of the two brackets you fit in at RH really.
1. Prefer a better view and reduced atmosphere.
2. Prefer a worse view and improved atmosphere.
Ideally at the new ground we will have a 3rd option of better view and better atmosphere!
