Its amazing that this hearing isn't raising the slightest interest really let alone the local press. Nothing to see here. Tumbleweed. Yet 10 people stand with a banner outside RM's house its all over SM...Must only be the handful of us who even think its important...
It is very important, but it is tricky to decode what the whole legal situation really means and as such doesn't get the attention it deserves.

Reading SEL's documents just now, it does appear that MD/Mezcal own 50/50 shares in SEL, as of today.

Its a desperate shame the state of the Echo is such that they cant afford the time or train fare for someone to be up there, interviewing Ron as he goes in/comes out and attending. Its faintly news worthy.

Sadly the demand for such journalism is not that great anymore and those already at the Echo (e.g. Chris Phillips) are doing a great job but just cannot cover everything alone. I half considered going today and I'm wishing I did now. Could have set up in a cafe before and after.

Assuming no change since the last accounts from 2020.

Of course, but we can only work with what we know.

Not sure if any companies with overdue accounts would even be able to modify their share structure anyway?

That would be something for someone more financially educated than myself to answer.

You would be able to, yes.

There was a confirmation statement lodged in December 22 stating no updates.
Just seen it. Although in 2020 and 2021 changes were made.

One rogue share went to someone (no voting rights) but also half the shares are listed as ORDINARY "D".

Other half is ORDINARY MD, which I assume is Martin Dawn Ltd.

Key to cracking this is working out who holds the other half of the shares. Is ORDINARY "D" Mezcal?

So still tumbleweed. I guess we can assume we still have a club. It would have been an epic tragedy if we didn't and nobody could be bothered to turn up :-)

Ordinary D is Mezcal.

Blimey, we may know nothing at all then. Would they still have to file a confirmation statement with changes though?
You only have to file a CS01 once a year, regardless of how many changes have occurred during that period. It also only costs £13 to file it so don't get too excited that filing it means the accountant has been paid...
