Pre-Match Thread HEREFORD v SOUTHEND UNITED

THE LOAN AVENGERS?

Just had an awful thougth (well, the second part is awful), whilst eating my corn flakes this morning, prior to my long trek to England. What odds on Robinson scoring the winner against his old loan club................and HRK doing the same against us on Tuesday night?

Put all those thoughts out of your head, in both cases the clubs where they were on loan should know enough about them and their threat to be able to negate them somewhat. Though I'm not sure whether Sankofa or Franno will be more effective against HRK, but I bet Grant and Macca will be giving him every attention.

Feeling this one will be a 2-1 victory for the mighty Blues. Hopeful we can carry on with our good form.

Hereford have the 19th best home record in the division, having played 17, with 6 wins, 4 draws and 7 defeats.

They have only conceeded 18 goals in those 17 games, so should be tight.

Of their last 5 home games, they have won 2, and been defeated in the other 3. They have only scored 4 times in those 5.

Over the last 8 matches, we have the best record in the division, with 6 wins and 2 defeats, with 12 goals scored and only 5 conceeded. That is an average of 2.25 points per game.

You cant beat a decent stat or two!

Joycey scares me a little as I dont think he is much cop but I think were going to have just enough to beat a poor Hereford side. A 2-1 win with Theo and Barrett amongst the goals in front of a 3,425 crowd at Atzeca Stadium - Hereford.

Macca missing out thru' niggling injury according to his FB status and none too happy about having travelled all the way there then finding out he wasn't passed fit!

(i can hear the sound of kay running to his house now, with radian B at the ready)

Bit of a devastating blow...ooeer missus....could be a draw, methinks

I just edited that while you were posting - he's there, otherwise I'd have been more than happy to! ;)

I still think Jeff and Grant are more than capable of holding the midfield for this game, as long as he's back for Tuesday.
