If that fails demand a duel , using a lace glove , while repeating in a faux German accent " I VILL HAVE SATISFACTION" . Dancing like Mick Jagger is optional.
 
apparently,keyboard-problems-arent-in-the-warranty!

Absolute ball **** . Your keyboards stopped responding its a hardware fault it has to be returned to manufacture under warrenty . (all manufactures will give you 1 year at the least). Then they decied what caused it and if its a warrenty repair . Staples are talking ****

Agreed, speak to your local trading standards people they will give you good advice, Staples are taking the pee, if you go in there and ask for the manager dont get taken to their office make a fuss on the shop floor. Go in there during a busy period, say Saturday mid morning, make your point clearly and confidently, they will soon sort it out for you. (Failing that I will send my wife in to see them for you :hilarious: )

The-problem-is,-the-touchpad-is-slightly-like-damp-or-marked,simply-because-of-my-fingers.Because-of-this,the-guy-today--was-accusing-me-of-spilling-something-on-it-Absolutely-nothing-has-been-spilled,I-must-just-have-very-sweaty-hands-or-something.Also,surely-the-fact-it's-just-one-key-not-working,is-an-indictment-of-a-fault-within-the-laptop,as-everything-else-has-been-working-fine.

Regardless,I'm-gonna-kick-up-a-fuss-again-tomorrow,quote-some-tradingstandards-bollocks,and-just-tell-them-if-they-don't-keep-doing-something-about-it,i-will-just-go-into-the-shop-every-day-until-they-do.
