I used to work in the Social Services Dept of Essex County Council and working there at the same time was ex World Champion boxer Terry Marsh's brother Billy. Now, Billy had decided he/she wanted to be Jilly (despite being married and having several kids). Billy/Jilly used to show up for work dressed as a woman, but in very tight ski pants (pre-op!).

The main bit about this though is that the plan was for Billy/Jilly to have the
Kno barectomy, and after the op, as Jilly, she was going to be a lesbian. Work that one out.
