He has good secondarys (scoring, passing and stamina) and I'm in no rush to sell so am happy to keep trying to get as much as I can.  Transfer compare suggest a price of around £450k is achievable.

Just sold for £421,333. I listed him at £350k and sat here and watched the bidding go up!

With deductions that's £391,840 in the bank which added to my bank balance gives me about £450k to spend on my stadium.
