3-0 at the finish - not good enough - I thought I was on for a goalfest.

On the plus side 82% possession rate and the first player I signed is m-o-m for 4th match in succession. And my debutant 18 year old defender scored as well.

Lost 3-1 in front of 30000 punters. Forgot to MOTS before I went out and then lost.  They were the best team in my league and only losing 3-1 is better than the 5-0 of the first game of the season.  New coach for next season and some new stadium building as I sold out my 18000 terracing.

Edit - Just increased terracing by 13000 and basic seating by 3500, I should have the largest stadium in all of the English Div VI 's

Won 4-3 as the chaps posted above and Won the league.Carlos made joint Top scorer with 20 as well!. I will have a fight to make 5th or 6th next season but I will give it a go.
I will be keeping my fingers crossed for all playoff games and I will probably be wating them all as I dont have a game and will be needing my fix of hattrick.

have also just increased capacity to 35000 before the price increase for arenas takes effect. All prices will be DOUBLED from next season!

Well as you know i was hammered by the top team. Well he seems to be my bogey team they have scored 13 goals agaionst me with my not even putting one past them this season. On the bright side i was still the highest placed Shrimperzone team 2nd at level V!!

Well Kev if your are hard enough get a team and see how you do against my reserves.

Most unexpectedly, SZFC have garnered automatic promotion. There must have been some unusual results up and down Level VI as the promotion line only went up by one point to 37 and we moved to 38. Anyway, we won 3-0 away and we're up.

Now for the bad news, I'm off to V.215. The team I replaced finished witha record of 14 defeats, 0 scored, 88 conceded. The next highest had 18 points and 39 stars and the winners only had 29 points! Just the sort of tough league I wanted

For the record, my old team have now finally dissolved so I have taken the opportunity to change my team name back to the original one, ShrimperZone FC. So this Tuesday evening sees ShrimperZone FC vs Shrimperzone F.C. at Garon Park*


*That's singular Garon, not pluralised Mr Cratchitt. Of course I'm sure the council will soon realise their mistake and rename everything based on the fact you say it should be Garon's

Must be a typo, look how many times it's referred to in the singular on the council website.

Having paid for some minimal ground improvements I am slightly narked to see that Hattrick are giving new incumbents a ground of 12,000 which is more that I'll have even after paying out about 60K. Slightly unfair methinks ?

Ouch! I have gone in the red everytime to up my stadium ORM and its always paid off by me getting back in the black by the end of the season thanks to the fans coming in. It's unfortunate but you will have a training program in place on any newbies and your half a season ahead in knowledge as well.
