Gta v

Completed it last night, it's fair to say I haven't seen much daylight this last week. I won't say too much about the ending for those that haven't got there.....

... Unless you want too...

!!!ENDING SPOILER!!!

  Spoiler:
As the crew make plans for the Union Depository job, Trevor discovers that Brad, a former accomplice, was killed during the North Yankton heist and is not in prison as Michael led him to believe. Feeling betrayed by his friend, Trevor flees as the Chinese mafia kidnap Michael, leaving him to die.

Franklin rescues Michael and helps him perform one last job for the FIB with the promise of having all charges against them dropped. However, when Steve refuses to let them go, Michael and Dave find themselves in a three way battle between the FIB, the IAA and Merryweather, escaping with Trevor's help.

Despite not forgiving Michael, Trevor says he will only part ways with him after they perform the Union Depository heist as planned. The heist is a success, but Franklin ends up being pressured by Haines to kill Trevor and by the owner of Merryweather Security, Devin Weston, to kill Michael.

Franklin has three options: kill Trevor, kill Michael, or join both to kill Haines, Weston, and all their other remaining enemies. Should Franklin kill either Michael or Trevor, he ceases contact with the survivor and returns to his old life. Alternatively, if he kills neither, the trio agrees to cease working together, but remain friends.

I've done all 3 but chose C first for obvious reasons.

That's impressive. So you have completed all 3 characters missions? I haven't got the game yet but it is on my wish list so hopefully I will get it soon. Getting fed up though as everyone is talking about it and I haven't got it

Yeah, another good feature about this game is you can go back and redo any mission, you get graded gold, silver and bronze on each mission so you can go back and try and get all gold etc...

Ive barely done any missions yet, only just unlocked the 2nd character.

Everytime I leave the house its too tempting to just run someone over and go on a massive chase

yeah i've only just unlocked Trevor. Managed to steel a fighter jet last night. Still not worked out how to use the parachute!

I have to really compose myself when I'm driving now as sometimes I can momentarily forget where I am lol.

I remember once, after playing GTA 4 for hours driving up to Sadlers farm roundabout and seeiing a police car driving the other way and getting a massive urge to drive head on into it

Anyone else think that the cops are really tricky in this one. Maybe I've lost my touch! However it is good that hiding in alleys or swapping cars helps you escape. I've gradually found some handy car-parks for this.

Find the AI in general much better.

The way police act, the way normal citizens act is far better than before. You cant just walk out in front of a car and expect them to stop as they will often run you over. Ive even been chased by some guy after clipping his car at traffic lights (who then as I said above hilariously went through his windscreen when I slammed on the brakes.)

The police never seem bothered about arresting any more either.

I do like the way you now can see the police line of sight and are able to hide now.

Yeah the AI is a major change. Can't just pull out a gun to get a car you want, often you need to block them in first.

You can actually hide in bushes to evade police.

This is pretty much me.

Also I'm actually starting to think it isn't physically possible to walk pass more than three people without punching one of them in the face.

Finished the first heist and just done the first mission with Trevor.

Shot the gas canister and blew up a trailer whilst taking on the Lost - "Industrial accident!"

Not tried online yet, saw there were the typical server issues and stayed clear.

Finally got to the 3rd character now and been doing some of his missions. The smuggling is a bit dull and repetitive but the missions arent bad.

Like how you get little side missions you just find by accident. I was driving along and saw two red circles on the radar and wasnt under any aggro so went to see what they were, turned out to be two guys about to bury a girl alive, killed them and gave her a lift and got a 60,000 reward!

So many little touches like that.

The online isn't bad, but I'd give it a bit of time to get straightened out. Been enjoying the main story, feel I'm probably about half way through.

Im miles off. Did have a big session on Friday till 1am doing missions and advancing game along a bit though.

Saying that I never finished GTA IV, got about 85% through and got bored, but the missions werent as good as in GTA V
