I don't ever remember a game against GW so totally one sided, are we that good? or are they that bad? Looking at CP's tweets it doesn't look as though we need a keeper today.............cue for them to score!

They're wearing the blue Brexit kit. It was a competition on the SUFC twitter account. Fans voted for it but they didn't know why they did it!

Very good, I'll give you that one. Are the people who voted differently going to protest and start a petition because they didn't win? :raspberry:

If "allegedly" Coker is on his way down the M4, why risk him playing, don't want him to get crocked in a friendly, and potentially lose loadsa money...

Version 2; Reading's offer is poo, and Coker is staying and playing

Disappointing opposition that hardly tested us so today would have been all about the fitness rather than anything else. But I did like the look of Demetriou and Rosenthal.

Ranger looks decidedly unfit (as expected) but you'd hope a good pre-season can fix that (and if not, thanks for the memories). He's a big strong unit that's for sure and he can certainly play a bit. Hold up play was flawless even if it was against a poor opposition. In short (which he isn't) if we can get him fit and firing, we'll have one hell of a player here. Definitely worth the short term contract to see where this can go.

Ranger looked ok , he appeared to tire or lose interest approaching ht
mcGlashan looked an upgrade on Weston but didnt really get into the game.
Dimitrou appeared to be a massive upgrade on White

2nd half was far more even for the first half our then the wakering team fell apart.
Barret oganised at the back then go in a spat with the wakering 19 , who then kept away from him for the last quarter of an hour.
Murray looked useful
Rosenthal I am not sure about, looked ungainly and about as athletic as Mark Phillips.
Cotton was lively,
Williams, how much time haxs he spent down the gym ? Has resorted to wearing his shorts in the Deegan style.
No 20 at CB was assured in the air , but didnt really get tested on the floor,
the no 21 at left back, great vision , pickes a good pass and at one stage spotted a run Rosenthal should make from across the pitch and wasnt afraid to tell him about it, unfortunately looked a bit shaky when on the back foot.
The youth keeper looked assured and wasnt afraid to go for things even after getting a right thump from the Wakering forward.

Thanks for the report.

Its going to be hard for Ranger to get match fit after two years out of the game.
