Give me gun...quick!!!

I am writing this early simply because for the first time in all my years following the blues, I left 12 minutes before the game ended. Normally I dont post after games because on reflection defeats always seem hard to take at the time but today I saw my team raise the white flag on any chance we had of staying in this league, and I am absoulutly gutted. Tilson before the game asked for a response from his players and if that was it .....well, Shambolic comes to mind. Division one football becones for us next season and I for one will be glad, because at least we should be able to compete with other teams because today we showed excactly why we have been in the bottom three all season. Going to get very drunk Know!

I obviousley wasnt there today but I am sure there have been some worse performances back in the days of Allan Little, Alvin Martin and Wignall to name but a few.

I hate losing especially to those ****ers from up the road but lets not get to down, we have done fantastically well the past three years and maybe we can re-group, get some fight back and go for it again.

Good job you didn't get called a West Ham fan for leaving early. Nearly a fight in the family stand. I think everyone had a right to leave that match early, after all at least we turned up, not like our players!!!!

You cant care that much if you left 12 minutes early.....

Dont talk ****in stupid. I left just before they scored the 3rd and why? Because we were totaly rubbish and didnt care 1 bit. I wasnt going to stick around and listen to those ****ers in the north stand celebrating and taking the ****. Why should we stay and put up with that bollocks we saw out there today?

It can seem a different match on the TV, but I didn't think that that was a particularly poor performance, you have to give Col Ewe credit for doing their homework and breaking up our play, and I thought that many of our players battled to the end. But coming back after that silly early goal was always going to be a big ask.

You left at 2-0 !?!?

Jeez grow some balls and show those in the North Bank you stick by your team....

There were ten minutes left! Are you telling me you believed we might actualy get back into the game at that point? I've got some balls thanks and im not sticking by my team when they let 10,000 fans down with no effort, passion and fight.

10 minutes is over 10% of the game.

Ive NEVER left a game early and wouldnt if we were 10-0 down.

Surprised you even go when we are in the relegation zone, after all whats the point in supporting a team that loses ?

Exactly, MS II. You criticise the team for not having pride and getting stuck in, and then slope off when the going gets tough.

So I should have stayed because I should be proud of my team playing the way they were playing? I didnt hear anybody else standing up at 2-0 getting behind the team, did you? Oh sorry, you wernt there so wouldnt of heard even if they did.

Youre right, Ipswich for one was worse

Its just I genuinely thought we were going to win, the early goal took the wind out of our sails, and every time Col U charged our goal they looked like scoring, which was the complete opposite to the way we played.

Its frustrating as we know we can play better, and a lot of the time fans in the west were willing players to just shoot, rather than pass 17 times in an attempt to create the perfect opportunity and lose possession

Hull / Wolves.

We have been far worse.

I thought that whilst we werent great it was pretty even until their second went in.

We were just pretty clueless in the final third and Col U had Cureton who knew what to do with the ball when he got it.

Whats funny is the same people who keep trying to sing the awful "stand up if you love Southend" all buggered off as well.

You mean the ones that shout at you because you do not stand up, and say f***off to the Premiership. THose ones that are on the heels and off to the pub as soon as it becomes 3-0. Those ones?
