Alcohol is great, and in moderate quantities is good for you.

Didn't Jesus turn water to wine?
Yeah I believe he did, I'm not against alcohol at all, just spending £20 in a night just to get out of your head isn't really my thing. Maybe it's just me that actually likes staying in my head?

Sorry, the poll creator forgot to add a "spend the £20 on computer games" option.
Apology accepted.

Casino gambling wont give you much fun for your 20 quid.3

Betting on not very interesting footy matches makes them a lot more interesting. Example, Reading Burnley.
Ive done a few quid on Burnley win, Burnley get the first corner, Burnley get the last corner, Burnely win 2-0, 1st goal to be an own goal.

Have a few tins of Guiness and its a cheap entertaining night in.

and yet, you can see professional gamblers, but not professional drinkers.

I won a Stella Artois tracksuit (which unfortunately didn't fit me) in a pub raffle in Manchester.

That leads me to believe Stella have a team of pro drinkers otherwise why bother with a tracksuit?

I have recently got into putting money on football, but purely for the reason that it makes unimportant matches exciting to me.

I have £2: Reading, Celtic, Lyon, Bayern Munich and Wolfsburg.
Returns £18. Gives me an evenings entertainment.

Theres the enjoyment. 2 out of 5, £48 win. Not life changing but will build up the kitty for a few bets the next tim a not very interesting game is on. Now the beer...
