Function Suite venue suggestions

Hi all

I am looking for a suitable venue this year for a small Birthday party of about 20 people
A buffet, soft drinks and a bar would be required and maybe some music such as a D J.

I wonder if anyone has any recommendations?

Chalkwell Park Rooms, was recommended to me about 6 months ago. Has a nice small but perfect bar, and they help you with whatever size party you want.

Well....yes.....

Chalkwell Park Rooms is nice but may be a bit big.

I think the Paul Pry has an area that can be used for private parties.
