Ozzer you're quite right about John Kurila being in the building trade.He was a carpenter who did some work for my father's local building firm.As did Billy Best at one time.
JK once put up a shelf in my bedroom which promptly fell down the next day :-(

Thanks for that BB, good to know I wasn't dreaming. That was about the time Trevor Roberts was playing for us in goal, what a tragedy his early passing was. By the way, the house extension is still standing, although there are no shelves!
