Friday the Thirteenth

The firm of Chartered Accountants I work for was forced into bankruptcy through none payment of VAT yesterday.

All the employees were immediately made redundant and all the assets of the company including the bank accounts were frozen.

So all in all Friday 13th was fairly sh*t for me. At least I wasnt a partner of the firm because they've all been struck off as Chartered Accountants, which I suppose is the silver lining - to**ers!

Yeah, well winter was more interesting.. I can't remember how many times my door got blown round onto the wing in "breezy" weather - I wasn't popular with MT!

No, but i do work quite alot at Southend now. I mainly do mornings really.

Yes unfortunately tis true.

Looks like my run of bad luck is continuing because I was convinced we'd be three points better off today

Hopefully I'll sort something out next week work wise and Southend will start playing the football we know those players are capable of!

I think I might go to Layer Road next week to see if I can shift my bad luck onto them.
