To be fair, if I hadn't read the Da Vinci Code recently, I would have completely forgotten about the existence of the sequence in question...

This is the Fibonacci sequence. It was initially developed to model populations of rabbits breeding.

The model didn't fit observed results but it turned out to apply to many other areas of mathematics

n(i+2) = n(i) + n(i+1)

2 = 1 + 1
3 = 1 + 2
5 = 2 + 3

1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34........

And crap Latin it is as well. Since when has Latin ever had any accents, for starters?! Besides, I was taught that 17 was "septemdecim"...

...so (thanks to my irritation at the fact that I think they got it wrong) I'll give the answer to this one away, for those that want to look:

uranus, I'll presume it means the 8th planet. Which is...

EDIT - don't worry, got it. What the heck is "acht"?

We are stuck on the Icosagon - know what the shapes with 21 sides are but they dont work... HELP!

Try spelling it differently - I had trouble with this one too as there appears to be several different spellings of the word.

Good Luck!!!

Ok sorry to bring this topic back, but didn't give this a go first time round and I'm stuck on 13 heeelllppppp.

This is the first time I've done it. Very fun it is too.

Although I will admit that I unashamably used google when it was clear I had identified the link but didn't know the language/order/terms, etc.
