Freddy Injured ??

You'd open a pub, surely...
:fart:

Used to be the way for most ex-pros. But looking at our team, they've followed all kinds of vocations

Sammy- tool hire shop owner in Gravesend
Austin- fitness trainer in Surrey
Powell- still playing
Prior-still playing
Scully- manager
Ansah- film producer in Hollywood
Martin-card shop owner in Upminster
Butler-property developer/seller in Malaysia
Tilson-manager
Benjamin-PFA work
Angell-unemployed football coach

i don't think many top quality modern footballers "drink" - I don't think the
top mangers or their fellow pros would put up with it -

players who drink the night before are a complete liability in training and clubs that tolerate drinking have lots of injuries -

any club with fitness specialists on the staff know the effect of alcohol on
players fitness levels - and binge drinking actually effects the muscles -

but I guess at a lower level with managers brought up in the old drink culture its tolerated - as is FAILURE -
