Franck Moussa

Scoring early on at a new club never does any harm, does it?

Indeed. The Moose has been very popular at every club he's been at - even Leicester where fans thought he wasn't given much time or chances by Sven.

Great to see him doing really well, he's a quality player and really nice guy. No surprise he's back up in the CCC and doing well.

Was great to hear his name sung yesterday, even better to see that he's back in action.

Was offered to us on loan to help get him back fit, but the wages were far too high for us to consider.
As much as he would be an upgrade on what we've got, we're hardly desperate for someone to play central midfield or on the left and even if his wages were lower I doubt we'd have much to spare. A shame as would be good to see him back one day.

Wow - what? Moussa back - F A B .... but yes, we have loads of midfielders of our own .... still it would be G-reat to see him back in a Southend shirt.

I'd trade any of the central midfielders here at the moment for him. It's a shame Brown's so profligate with the budget and intent on collecting ineffectual wingers he can't decide over really.

I don't particularly like getting old players back as it rarely works (Barrett has been an exception to that rule) But Moose is one I'd definitely welcome

Just had his contract cancelled at Charlton:omg:

I wonder if that is so that he (Moussa) can immediately move to another club that is already lined up.

I like Moussa a lot but he does seem to have been injured quite a lot recently but he is probably better off out of Charlton where they seem to be in quite a mess.

Charlton supporters liked him but many do feel he's been a bit of a sick note for them. Odd really, as I don't remember him having that kind of trouble whilst with us.
