The maximum rake angle for Stadium tiers by government law is 42 degrees.
Whats the government law for the maximum rake angle of the 2nd tier?
42 degrees i think, but i changed mine to meet high restrictions. Not Governmental, but because of my specification.

Personally I would have gone for a round centre circle.
Just kidding it looks good. However if you have done it with the intention of siting it at Fossets Farm, I think a railway link is unlikey.
Also two tier stands would be nice but how much extra cost do they incur and could we afford it. Oldhams ground is mostly single tier without the corners filled in and they can get nearly 14000.

Where is the terracing..?

Submit it to Ron - it'll give him some food for thought!

If we have ambitions to play in the Championship then we're not allowed to build terraced areas into it.

But 28,000 is a somewhat fanciful capacity at the moment. Not even SUFC are thinking of such a figure if Ron Martin is to be believed in his recent programme notes. I reckon 15,000 - 17,000 would be sufficient.
Mike that was 7 years ago..... Ron Martin would be a stupid to build a stadium with less than 20 000 capacity....

Our Club is on the up.... I reckon we would of sold 20000 for the Bristol city if we could

SOUTHEND UNITED FC

I think 18-20,000 is a realistic capacity.... obviously with room for expansion should the club grow any further.
