Haha sorry mate, alot of posts to go back throughKeep up mate, I posted all that lot at post #77![]()
Absolutely. Sadly the difference is 15% of our capacity would more than cover their demand. That’s the league we’re in I’m afraid!FGR are gonna try and use any advantage they can and they’re not silly. They will know how well we travel and how much of an influence our fans have on us. It’s luck of the draw really, we’d do the same if we were the home side to do whatever we could to gain an edge and make it uncomfortable
That is utterly pathetic if trueAccording to their website they aren't even selling tickets in the west stand to home fans, so clearly just limiting numbers

Our home support at the New Lawn this season has been rather disappointing to say the least with the seated areas at each far end mostly empty. From checking the seating plan on the site since last week when the home tickets went on sale for season ticket holders and then when they opened those seats up to everyone else it would seem to be a sellout across the seated home stand. This just fills me with annoyance as where the hell have been all these fairweather fans all season!A lot of us will be disappointed not being able to get a ticket for such an massive important game and will hopefully watch in another way.I don't blame the club for making this tiny allocation as fair as possible.I believe FGR could have given us more. When I visited earlier in the season I saw loads of empty seats and spaces on there terraces so will see what there attendance is I will be amazed if they sell out there end
They also pat you down on the way in for meat products hidden in pastry.Anyone who has bought meat from any registered and affiliated websites in the last 24 months is limited to the phase four sale window.
Hello, west stand is the away end just so you are aware. Seated stand is a complete sellout and the standing ends for home fans will be packed out to for the first time this season with fairweather fans! That is utterly pathetic if true
Would the west stand be the away terrace?According to their website they aren't even selling tickets in the west stand to home fans, so clearly just limiting numbers

The ticket allocation is disappointing, that's true.Pub side with a rich owner who is a complete bell end
FYI, Rochdale had 5,560 on Thursday: the average touches 2,000. Admittedly, there were 1,200 of us, but that gate was around 250 shy of their best of the season against Oldham down the road. Our home support at the New Lawn this season has been rather disappointing to say the least with the seated areas at each far end mostly empty. The stand we are in can hold over 1,000 fans, they have chosen to make it 726 because that's the minimum they can get away with giving us. There's an awful lot more they could do.The ticket allocation is disappointing, that's true.
But bearing in mind the limited resources at the New Lawn; I'm not sure how much more they could do other than offer the full 15%, which doesn't seem to be the case?
As regards, UN award winner Dale Vince, or rather FGR, we've been here before, and he's no Ron.
Away section supposedly holds 1200 in theory. But they want a buffer at the end closest to the 'noisy boys' stand so that's a chunk of seated area lost. And I imagine the same at the other end of the away terrace next to the 'family standing' wing which will be full of fairweather fans full of cider. I worry in general about the stewarding of this as FGR seem to employ alot of people who are good for pointing you to your seat and wouod crumble if someone shouts "Boo!" At them so again they are limiting your fan numbers probably trying to take that into account. The stand we are in can hold over 1,000 fans, they have chosen to make it 726 because that's the minimum they can get away with giving us. We seem to have about 2 police at every home game all season. Hartlepool had about 6+ coppers watching us 114 travelling fans....must get pretty tasty up north by the sea on occasion I assume! They do have a spoons pub within 7 mins walk so I can understand why....Saves the expenditure for police attending
Sadly no parking at the stadium really. And the streets nearby will be packed. If you are driving I would try and get there over an hour before kickoff and park on one of the residential roads near the stadium rather than at bottom of the hill as its a trekAmericans do tailgate parties all the time where they drive to the stadium, take a portable barbecue and some beers, and watch the pre-game build-up in the car park. Sometimes people even stay in the car park while the game is ongoing and watch the game on a portable TV, especially if they can’t get tickets. Some even do it out of preference.
What’s to stop those of us who don’t get tickets travelling to the vicinity, and having our own party there? Cheaper food, cheaper drinks and we’d probably still even be able to join in with the chanting and cheer the boys on?
