Just thought I'd warn you (probably obvious) about some of the things that PayPal do when you have any sort of dispute with a buyer...
I never knew this but PayPal are very much a "buyer is always right" service, be very careful when selling anything, proof of postage is NOT enough if a buyer opens an item not received dispute with you. Should the buyer be a complete **** and claim that they never received the item when they did and they only requested first class postage they automatically will be reimbursed, regardless if they've left feedback etc to the contrary.
Secondly, I've had a recent dispute with a buyer who claimed I sent them fake goods, when I offered to get this matter resolved they became quite stand offish and refused to send the goods back until I had given them a refund. I stood my ground on this one and refused a refund until the item was returned. Next thing I knew, PayPal complaint lodged, lo and behold, they got their money back and I had to pay them if I wanted my goods back!
So, if you're a complete arsehole then I've just shown you how to exploit the system, however, if you're a seller, I'm just warning you that this sort of stuff is getting more and more commonplace on eBay and it's getting very easy to play the system so make sure you protect yourself at all costs.
