I'm predicting a 4.00pm press conference.
 
Dam,Dam and double dam. I am out on the road all day tomorrow completing house calls. I have no chance of knowing until I get home after 5pm:headbang: Looks like I will have to have the car radio on Essex.
Anyway I am going for a 10.37 am announcement.
 
I'm going for an early start, and Chris Phillips will break the story in the Echo at 08.38hrs, followed by the news that Kevin Maher is joining Manchester United on loan.:omygod:
 
6am Echo Front page announce with great certainty and inside knowledge that new stadium to be built next to Col U's at cloud cuckoo land farm.Ron somewhat suprised by decision but thinks club can now move forward.Echo also reports that following the collapse of the liverpool bid Sheik Al Mahktoum now looking at Southend as possible takeover target.

So neither of you are going for times the O/S announces it then?
 
Echo Final edition.Ground refused permission, echo has it on good authority that Southend will be ground sharing next season with Hullbridge Sports.Ron disappointed but says club will move forward.
 
And if pressed, as someone who has been waiting nearly 30 years for a new ground to be built and in that time seen over half the football league move to new grounds or had their existing ground redeveloped im going for 13.06pm
