They never collapse when you want them to, do they.....

Anyway, we've picked up the pace a bit since Del-Boy came to the crease, so we might still finish this today.

All wrapped up in my game. 2nd place needs another 470 with all intact. After making 90 in their 1st innings no doubt they will go and win. I'll either be 13 or 27 pts ahead

The manager's schoolboy error resulted in us amassing 772-5. 371 in 371 balls for Richie and 197 for Lamo. We have a day to bowl them out which shouldn't be a problem as we managed it in 77 overs on day 1. However the fitness burn could be a bigger issue with a must win game on Friday against a team that throws FC. Mario and Plums at invigorated so Suthers, Schofield and Hayter will carry most of the overs tomorrow. Fortunately a day's complete bowling rest has left these three at sublime!

Just glad I don't have a cup game to contend with on Sunday, looking at the QF line up I'd have had no chance whoever I'd have played anyway!

I declared on 366 and they are 190-2 at stumps meaning they trial by just over 60 runs. Was hoping not to bat at all tomorrow, but that certainly doesn't look like it will be the case now. Cook and Deane down to energetic so they are set at 6 and 5 respectively.

Kev

Good start and if i can get Standing soon, i shouldnt have to bat at all!

End of Over 73 (1 runs). Kaohsiung Hearts: 214-5, runrate=2.93 (1st Inn: 115-10)
Trail by 37 runs. (General Stars 366-4 dec)
Johnson 18-4-45-2
Standing* 119 (224 balls)
Barrass 1 (25 balls)

Last Wicket: Corkhill c. Stanton b. Johnson 1 (FOW: 206/5)

Couple of early wickets but now toiling. Should still win though.

End of Over 29 (2 runs). Murphys Sweaty Box: 86-2, runrate=2.97 (1st Inn: 213-10)
Trail by 478 runs. (ShrimperZone CC 777-5 dec)
Marriott 5-1-14-0
Maccallum* 35 (86 balls)
Ludlam 40 (63 balls)

Last Wicket: Gilbert b. Sutherland 6 (FOW: 17/2)

Hayter picks up a wicket before lunch and we only have two left to get to expose a lengthy (7 to 11) tail.

The players are off the field for lunch.

End of Over 34 (Maiden). Murphys Sweaty Box: 104-3, runrate=3.06 (1st Inn: 213-10)
Trail by 460 runs. (ShrimperZone CC 777-5 dec)
Hayter 9-4-17-1
Ludlam* 46 (75 balls)
Nelson 2 (12 balls)

Last Wicket: Maccallum c. Lamey b. Hayter 39 (FOW: 90/3)
