Kev has asked me to highlight his match, apparently he's 'busy'. Doing what I have no idea, probably watching his toenails grow or something. However, here's what happened:

Inter Lancs: 247 all out
General Stars: 33 all out

Following on:
General Stars: 340 all out
Inter Lancs: 119 all out

General Stars win by 7 runs.

The message Kev would like conveyed is 'BRAG BRAG BRAG'.

And that's the end of the match. Napster's XI won by 6 wickets.

End of Over 68 (8 runs). Napster's XI: 268-4, runrate=3.94 (1st Inn: 186-10)

Last Wicket: Paris b. Fontaine 17 (FOW: 260/4)

And that's the end of the match. Napster's XI won by 6 wickets.
Nice win Naps, though I'd credit his ridiculous declaration more than your tactical nous!! Having said that I doubt he had many more runs left in his innings anyway.

Meanwhile, Hartburn and Tate continue to chug away, 61 over between them today so far.

End of Over 77 (6 runs). Cricket is for girls: 411-2, runrate=5.34 (1st Inn: 354-10)
Lead by 403 runs. (ShrimperZone CC 362-7 dec)
Overs left today: 36
Hartburn 30-3-147-1
Lucky* 120 (158 balls)
Shawcross 200 (187 balls)

Last Wicket: Shaka c. Lamey b. Hartburn 62 (FOW: 107/2)

A much needed win in the County Championship for my boys.

Not sure exactly how that happened. Muse batted a long time in the first innings - 130 overs - so maybe his batsmen were tired (but then shouldn't my bowlers have been?) but I managed to skittle his side out for 104 2nd time round, despite it being worse bowling conditions (ie sunny), leaving just 5 to win.

And the 1,000 comes up

Alphin Lightning v BATTY SHRIMPERS

End of Over 185 (4 runs). Alphin Lightning: 1006-3, runrate=5.44 (1st Inn: 405-1)

Overs remaining today: 31
Thelwell 8-0-68-0
Lekgetho* 260 (240 balls)
Bittner 143 (160 balls)

Tittagalla* 19 (118 balls)
52.6 W Cahill to Foy
That's a big wicket for Cahill, Foy moving to outside off stump, attempting the paddle-sweep and losing his middle and off stumps.

Southend United won by 10 wickets.
Southend United won the toss and elected to field.
