FC Match 4

Napster

No ⭐
Welcome to The Dusty Bowl for the match between Napster's XI and Hammer Time.

We can tell you that Hammer Time won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking a bit on the dry side. A fair bit of help for the spinners I think on this sunny day.

Lets join our team for ball-by-ball commentary.

End of Over 1 (1 runs). Hammer Time: 1-0, runrate=1.00
Allan 1-0-1-0
Artell* 1 (2 balls)
Flower 0 (4 balls)

Not happy about this, Robins is a Wonderful (at best) FM on Invigorated

super batterz v BATTY SHRIMPERS

We can tell you that BATTY SHRIMPERS won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking like a road. As flat as a pancake. No help for the bowlers on this sunny day.

End of Over 6 (2 runs). BATTY SHRIMPERS: 8-3, runrate=1.33
Robins 3-1-3-3
Nagendranath* 2 (10 balls)
Pollock 1 (2 balls)

Last Wicket: Downing b. Robins 4 (FOW: 6/3)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Both sides in Mrs BB's game have rested bowlers by the look of it. Could be a high-scoring draw :)

Team Origin v DIBS DIPPERS

We can tell you that DIBS DIPPERS won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking a bit on the dry side. A fair bit of help for the spinners I think on this sunny day.

Cousins 4-0-28-0
Potter* 17 (15 balls)

Are you Muse in disguise? :)

Playing a rival from Blackout Rugby I.1, his team is much better than mine in that but not in this. Remove 3 and 4 and we should be ok.

Welcome to Purple Dinosaurs CG for the match between Purple Dinosaurs and ShrimperZone CC.

We can tell you that ShrimperZone CC won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this sunny day.

Harsh, but probably fair :)

Bugger about is I've played a few at Energetic and hidden them in the middle order expecting Evelyn and Downing (both Sublime) to knock off a fair few of my 360 :(

Oi you ;) Apart from complaining about a quality batsman scoring an unbeaten 50 on Friday (when we got 90...the opposition manager was equally miffed), when do I talk of that? :p

Anyway, up against some good opening bowlers, but my batsmen are sticking around at last. Sunny weather, hard and fast pitch, the oppo strangely chose to bowl.

End of Over 14 (5 runs). Southend: 38-0, runrate=2.71
Kaluwitharana 7-0-21-0
Healy* 25 (49 balls)
Tsietsi 13 (35 balls)

Welcome to Huddersfield CG for the match between Huddersfield and General Stars.

We can tell you that General Stars won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking a touch on the green side. All the seam bowlers have been out there rubbing their hands on this sunny day.
End of Over 24 (5 runs). General Stars: 50-1, runrate=2.08
Wilkshire 1-0-5-0
Browne* 32 (75 balls)
Waterhouse 17 (58 balls)

Last Wicket: Lamb c. Ashton b. Prinsloo 0 (FOW: 4/1)

Nigh on full strength although Stanton (for Deane) in as a wickie so Browne just bats. Raven down at 8 and 5th to bowl as is currently on low energetic and dont want him to do too much until day 2 / 3 !

I was riffing on the batting collapse rather than the moaning, BB is good enough at that on his own ;)

Big Phil has removed two of their danger men, just Matthews to get and I'll be feeling comfy.

End of Over 26 (2 runs). Purple Dinosaurs: 72-3, runrate=2.77
Schofield 5-1-8-2
Matthews* 41 (78 balls)
Hutchison 2 (4 balls)

Last Wicket: Faaiz lbw b. Schofield 7 (FOW: 70/3)

Last Wicket: Tsietsi b. Thabiso 47 (FOW: 132/1)

OUT! Tsietsi gets a thick inside edge onto the stumps as he tries an expansive drive through the off side.

Doh.

Good recovery, and as they're scoring at a pretty healthy rate PFL shouldn't be impacted too much.

Has anyone noticed that players that used to be called **** have now been changed to Praski? Someone must have complained!!

Ryan gets the big wicket. A couple of exceptionals at the crease, dispose of one of them then it's a quality and a 4 man tail, hoping to keep them under 230.
