Fancy Dress at Grimsby

Why not break with tradition and have two fancy dress days including the Yeovil game, Lets really make Yeovil a party atmosphere as well. Win loose or draw this will be the last chance for the majority of fans to see Southend this term. Lets give the boys a realm good send off from Roots Hall and a big thanks for what already has turned into our most succesfull season in years.

How about everyone wearing the oldest Southend shirt they own? Not sure if I could still squeeze in to my home shirt from 91/92 though

Failing that, the Hawaiian shirt idea is cool. I'd join in. Aloha!

Like it. My oldest shirt is the Hi Tec sponsored one with black flecks through it. 89/90 season maybe. Although this may be a good idea for a number of games next year to celebrate 100 years

I like the idea of loads of us all being connected somehow, sounds like a laugh, not sure if hawaiian shirt is the way to go though.

Dont like the Yeovil idea

My mates and I are all going to the Yeovil game dressed as Stewards.

That way no one will notice when we go onto the pitch after the final whistle - when we are crowned League two champions!

Not too sure if I should be saying this, but if u went as a steward you would prob do a better job than the actual ones getting paid!!!

lol! a lot of the non security staff seem to agree with me though! but in fairness there are some decent security guards who do a good job
