Breaking News Facilities Update - North Bank (NWQ)

The only way the north will happen and will be needed is by the club finally putting a success team out on the pitch that’s consistently winning and entertaining. Simply as that the gates will come back when the people are entertained and we are making a real push for promotion ( York for example )

One of my issues with staying at Roots Hall is the fact that you can't walk round the perimeter of the stadium so getting from the West stand to the East means going out to the street.

But if the North stand was given back to the home fans, and the away fans were housed in the South, then you would be able to because, presumably, the gates that separate the North and East can be opened.

Sorry, why is this an issue?

I can think of dozens of stadiums that don’t have this facility and what positives would it allow for?

The current way allows security to be managed (in terms of safely exiting the stadium).

It can happen if there the will and determination from the club and fans! Personally I would have the away support in the corner section and block x with the option of 1/2 blocks of the north bank if the away support is bigger than usual, 2/3 exits points there already and the away fans can continue to use fairfax drive. Southend fans allocated in the blues seats with the option of yellow if the demand is there, with Southend fans coming from the east side of the north bank. Having the away support in the corner section would diminish there presence at Roots Hall. Let's be real here 200 away fans do sound louder than blue voice and that's not criticism of the blue voice just fact.
