Ticket News FA Trophy 3rd Round Draw - Brentwood Town (A) - Sat 7th Dec TICKETS SOLD OUT

Feel sorry for the fans that want to go and can’t get tickets. Our allocation was feeble as expected.
To be honest, I wouldn’t trek up from Devon to see us play against Brentwood, doesn’t really inspire me.
But good luck to the lucky shrimpers that got tickets and enjoy.

Bit like the 30,000 that went to LDV and barely 6000 to play off final
TBF you are talking about 33.000 to Wembley for our first ever match there. For the play off we took around 23.000.
Think you are referring more to Cardiff. We took around 20.000 the second season and then around 6500 for the playoff which i always thought was odd. But i do get your point. Regarding my comment on BTFC themselves im only going on what BTFC fans have told me

From what @shrimperjon said the view is **** anyway, I hate the away grounds with a level terrace. So I'd already decided not to go. I'm pretty sure more will be allocated - Brentwood surely won't sell over 1,000 tickets. It's the FA Trophy and we're Southend not Arsenal or Spurs.

A better option would be to take some step ladders, the fence is only 6 foot round the perimeter

Who care about the view, it’s all about watching us to get into next round!

If memory serves, the play off game where we got 6500 for the play offs was literally about 3 weeks later.

Families couldn't afford the trip twice in a matter of weeks.

I wonder if the club are trying to sort out a way of streaming this one. Presumably it’s up to Brentwood but it would be stupid not to.

I can remember Oxford City away terrible ground was a job to see any of the game after paying out and making the effort to get there so I’m quite happy to give some of these poor grounds a miss ☹️☹️
Oxford came to my mind as well
