We used to do our gradings at Chelmsford......always wanted it to be full, but was only allowed to go half contact...still broke a guys nose with a mawashigere...did not attempt them much as they were not easy to pull off and always left you open....but i landed a peach

I grade up in Coventry. It's a ferking bugger to have to go up there.... Still, only once a year or so.
 
No Kata's mate. We have to Keiko's.... one (or two in higher grades!) Oki's - any attack, and we have to defend ourselves. My mind goes blank and I end up doing the same techniques over and over.
 
There's no way I'm not going to be in the Spread after the last game of the season, anyway. Whether I talk to any of you ruffians is a whole different story, though :cool:
