So basically, as it was all last season, there is no real news at all besides the statutory "we're chasing a few people" line.

Bit hard to get excited when we've heard so much and so little ever seems to happen. I would suggest we need to see a HUGE amount of transfer activity when we currently have a squad that got very used to losing last season, conceeded 80 goals and scored just 47.....

Personally, I'd rip up last season's teamsheet and be prepared to start again.
 
Just read the article from the echo and the OS and they are same article
word for word my point to this there is no need to buy a echo as you can
read all the news on the blues on the OS

Just like the article yesterday on the back of the echo yesterday re Steve Hammell by Chris Philips repeated on the OS is Dave on holiday and nobody else is available to update the site
 
Honestly, I'm really excited...This is probably my first transfer market I've been watching so it's not like I've been here ages.

Lets hope some of these transfers happen!!
 
Why are we suddenly announcing targets and when we are chasing players. Tilly and Brush are never usaully like this in the transfer market.

because all last season they were being slaughtered for allegedly sitting their backsides and not bothering attempting to sign anyone.
 
I'm getting really fed up with the Echo. Does Chris Phillips do anything apart from lift stories from the Official Site? Or does he just write the story on the Official Site.

And it's the same story. We have a squad of what, 12? Of course we're chasing players. That's bleeding obvious. Of course one is a centre-forward, of course one is a centre-half. This is not news.

I suggest Phillips gets on the phone and investigates some more. Ring up the Barsnley Bugle or whatever it is and get the low down on Hayes. Surely there must be some word on t'street in t'Barnsley?

Blimey, I could do Phillips' job in my lunch hour.
