Pressure does look low, the needle barely moves off 0 bar! I've dug out the user manual and will have a good read later, considering getting the manufacturer in.

Someone probably told you this but the combi boiler will have some of filling loop. Mine has two valves that you have to open with a radiator valve bleed key. The gauge moves up as the pressure increases. When the needle is in the green section of the gauge you shut the valves.
Let me know if you want a piccy and ill send one.
Also, somewhere, usually at the lowest point of the system, you should be able to drain the whole system and empty all the radiators, just turn off the cold water supply to the boiler first.
