A few people seem as though they wanted the first tweet to be right though - quick to jump on here aren't we !!!

Again, people "in the know......." blah blah - its getting boring, in fact it's been getting boring for 2/3 years now ! Yes we are skint, so are al lower league clubs, yet to this date we have never been in administration ! We've continued to sign players (on proper contracts) and we still see drivel on here that may actually sway other players from joining !

Given Southend's recent history, I'm always reluctant to dismiss these sort of rumours straight away but I agree with you about the eagerness with which some people seem to greet them every time they surface. It's certainly one of the more negative features of the Zone.
