Gosh you read about her life and you realise just how much those with power and money are mixed up with criminality and just get away with it.

Sad news. I had the pleasure of meeting and recording Wizz back in 2009. A gent, a true pro, and a legend of the acoustic guitar - RIP.

Wizz was often referred to as 'the player's player'. Pretty much unknown to audiences outside of the folk world, but loads of legendary guitar players knew and loved him.

Saw The Alarm at The Cliffs around 1982/83. Not a huge crowd but they absolutely rocked the place. Poor man had cancer three times and was a relentless campaigner for Cancer Research. He has been very ill for a long time but no less of a shock. At least he feels no more pain.

RIP Mike, sleep without pain.

I very much doubt that was suicide. Someday a real rain will come and wash all this scum off the streets.
