Ticket News Daggers (A) Saturday 25th Jan 3pm (SOLD OUT)

I witnessed some real idiots last time I went to Dagenham. One was being sick out of his mates car window as he had drunk to much. The others were chanting at a bus stop, with a couple of older ladies in waiting for a bus. Informing these said ladies how bad Dagenham was. (In their own words, you can imagine). I saw quite a lot of horrible behaviour that day. It didn't make me proud to be a shrimper.

That’s probably an improvement on some of the locals behaviour.😉

Last year we went to Upminster for pre match drinks and we went to the Brewdog bar.
Great food, loads of beers (as you’d imaging)
And have the footy on loads of screens as well.
If you are going to Upminster would suggest 100 meters on from Brewdog by the Shell Petrol Garage.
Upminster Tap, does Essex Real Lager.
Plus Cocktails but most of all 6 Gravity beers and 20 Ciders. In Good Beer Guide.
Problem is you won't want to leave to go to the game.

Definitely, I'm sure Braintree counted their fans twice
At Braintree. I went in Braintree end under the cover. If you think we moan a lot, just listen to them.
I recognised a few Shrimpers faces but when I asked the Police to go in the away end they refused saying it was full. I watched quite a few Shrimpers do this. So did a lot of Braintree Supporters and did nothing. So I just kept quiet and watched the game.
So the home attendance was boosted by many away fans in the home end.

There are always dick heads at games. Every club has them. Daggers fans are no different when they come to roots Hall.

True Daggers fans are quality. They have my upmost respect (for whatever that’s worth). They chose to support a lower league club - just as we did. And they love corned beef.

It’s the West Ham/Spurs/Chelsea tag along herberts who spoil it for them. True Daggers can’t stand them, just as much as anyone else.

Good God that is absolutely horrific for you to have witnessed and you are a brave soul if you go to this particular fixture again.

Hopefully the wretch who was sick out of the car window has grown up a bit.
