Maroon Blue
First XI⭐
9 of us going tomorrow, got to win sometime, 4600 total, a decent 400 from Brizzle. If the game had been tonight would have struggled to hit 4000.
Loving the optimism Rox! :clap:I think tomorrow we may be in for that long awaited good home performance, with the pressure of Wembley and playoffs all out the way I hope the starting 11 can play more freely.
That said after recent expenses I don't think many will be there to see it, which will be a shame in the warm sunshine 4,368.
Going for 3-0 win
Im takin the wife tomorrow wish me luck:unsure: she has no clue about football so should be interesting she is goin for a 1 0 win corr to score bear in mind she only knows corr......
Ha ha forgot to mention of course smudge toI find it hard to believe she doesn't know Smith..... then again, they say the wife is always the last to know :raspberry:
Crowd today was 4,612 a bit higher than some of the predictions on here. Still about 300 below our average crowd for this season though.
I didnt do a personal head count but was there really that many there it seemed empty to me
Figure includes all season card holders, whether they turn up or not I think.
Could be talking bollocks, but would explain the vast empty spaces yesterday.
that is certainly what we used to do , and I don't see why we would have changed.
I really wasn't fussed about going, and was on my own so nearly didn't bother . But I felt that as I had gone to Wembley I 'owed' it to the club to go, to put myself in the 'supporter' catergory and not 'day tripper'. Weird and totally illogical I know but thats how I felt. After 5 mins I wished I hadn't bothered Apathy on the pitch, and in the stands, we didn't even maon when we screwed it up - but it got better and at the end I was glad I went
