If people are going to wear masks then they really need the full visor or goggles to protect the eyes as well.
Feels like a case of risk assessment to me. Full blown project management approach with impact and risk levels versus cost. :Winking:

Just saw a group of young lads walking past the front of my house drinking cans of lager. They may live together and may be “exercising” but I doubt it. What’s wrong with people?

People still have that attitude of I’m young and healthy it’s not going to kill me. And still **** like this is being tweeted by ‘famous’ people.

And for those who don’t know who Lucas Browne is, he is a heavyweight boxer who has fought in the UK numerous times. Well known and the majority of the boxing crowd are an easily lead bunch.

Lucas Browne is a tosser, whoever he is? You don't hear of too many dying of flu. The 2000 in Italy a day are still dying of old age or illnesses. Those dying of the virus are on top of. So you can tear his figures to pieces as well. People like that should spend a day in a hospital, to see the seriousness of this.

Thousands die of flu related illness in UK every year.
But yes, he is a tosser.

Do enlighten me
Though I'm sure I can imagine!

Morning everyone. I've just watched some of BBC breakfast news and they showed pictures of crowds of people yesterday filling green space areas in London and more footage of Brighton seafront, again yesterday, with loads of folk walking close together. I'm guessing that more will try to do the same today, including Southend. I know the weather looks great and the temptation will be strong, but If you know of folk that are intending to go out today for anything other than essentials, please ask them to reconsider.

A guy with his two young children was stopped by plod as he left the beach in front of me yesterday. His crime.....The kids were skimming stones into the sea. He lives local and explained he was out for his daily walk with his own children.....He was told skimming stones is not considered suitable exercise.

People are still walking, jogging and making full use of empty roads to cycle.....As they should of course. There are plenty of dog walkers and they are the ones who stop because their dogs engage so groups of 4 do mingle, their dogs make it happen.

How is skimming stones with no one near you an offence. Common sense is needed by the public as do the authorities in these bizarre times.

What’s just as annoying is this selfish ****s just doing what they want means those of us adhering have to stay in longer. Harsher punishments need to be put in place for these ****ing arseholes!

I’m pulling my hair out being stuck inside but I know it’s for a good reason. My kids are getting bored and the younger ones not understanding why and why they can’t see their friends or just go to the park like they used too. But I know it’s all for the health and safety of this country and trying to contain and destroy this virus that is killing so many.

Don’t be a ****, stay at home!
