I went to watch The Invention of Lying today and it was £7.50 for a ticket. Took the bird, so £15 for two tickets. That is steep. Good job we bought food from outside.
Today was an exception though. If I go to the cinema, it'll usually be for orange Wednesdays, or to a cinema (like Cineworld in Ipswich) that lets you use a student card on any day of the week (unlike Odeon). Costs me £4.25 at Cineworld with a Student card.
