Huge win today, massive well done to the lads, and the supporters who made the trip!

we are in a good place right now, and our return to form is probably just at the right time. If you are in the play offs, I think you are better off going in on the back of a storming last few games, rather than just missing out on the auto places, as that can affect confidence.

i think we need to just take it a game at a time and not get too excited just yet. I am personally hoping we finish 5th or 6th as we are at a wedding we can't get out of on the 10th May...

Great to see us return to form. I think the Brown has seemed to get the self belief back and this will be vital. It's going to be an exciting run in... whatever happens better than mid table mediocrity. Got all my fingers and toes crossed, especially as I will be in the UK for Wembley if it happens this time around.

The fact that Egan and Sokolik are keeping out Prosser (who has improved massively over the past couple of seasons to become one of our better players) really does speak volumes. I doubt there's a better back 5 in this division.

Well the afternoon didn't start well. I contacted my wife at just before 4pm CET, for her to put our commentary on the phone. This, you will understand, is quite a favour from my wife on a Saturday afternoon. So, at KO, when no Southend commentary appeared, I had to quickly negotiate a Cheltenham alternative before she decided that she had made enough effort for the afternoon. In the end I suppose it was quite interesting to hear an alternative view, even if, at times it seemed a little biased. In brief they were immensly impressed with the speed of Loza and thought that we were unluncky not to get the decision on what they considered was a 'nailed on' penalty. That's as good as it got and I'm a littled baffled, with a refused penalty and their keeper having to make two great saves, how they came to the conclusion that they were 'just about' deserved of their lead at half-time , when their goal was virtually their only effort on target.
Thanks to me  I got my wife to change the commentary at half-time ..............which caused us to go on and win the game. Some bloody client had the audacity to interupt my commentary and made me miss BBBC's opening goal....I didn't miss our second! Great the the Blues did the business today............I need to go back Toulouse, to do the same tomorrow! UTB!!!

Please note. according to Godfrey Howard's Good English Guide :"Solicito:blush:rs,advertising agencies, insurance brokers etc all have clients......shops have customers" (as do market stalls presumably).:winking:

Personally, I always tell my students that a regular customer is a client.

.

I'm not minded to read too much of this guide

Playoff chances are very promising. Oxford's form is not improving and they must still play both Plymouth and York. Plymouth may now have too much to do, as they are now seven points behind, although with a game in hand (against Newport on Tuesday night).

Sokolik can do a job! Only 20 but you'd never have known. Must snap him up if we go up. Egan was very impressive again. Midfield overall a bit quiet. Fred probably felt a bit hard done by, but Corr and Murpy's effect was immediate. Barnard didn't really build on his good performance last week but is looking sharper. Loved Bentley's reaction after both goals. Big 3 points!
