Does anybody know if Che signed for anybody at all?

Know he was injured at start of season and this obviously put pay to him going anywhere then when we freed him but wondered if he is playing non league or with a new club now.

Not sure but he is round Adam Barretts house alot, so still must be local.

Do you think a 29 year old with 200+ games experience plus bills to pay etc etc will play for the same money as a 18 years old YTS player who lives with his Mum and Dad?

Knowing what Johnny is on, yes Che would definitely cost more!

I wouldn't be against him coming in for the rest of the season though if he was fit. He'd surely add to team spirit as well as he's a good character to have around.

Che once boasted he was on £25k a year. This was back in 2004, so maybe he's on 27k now.

Che was good enough to be our left back in the L1 championship season. I think there's alot of sense in having him around to back up Herd (assuming Harding doesn't make a surprise return), as long as he's fit & available. He would certainly be cheap..

I wouldn't worry about Che, haven't you seen the posters around? There's a movie out about his life, so i'm sure he'll be getting some royalties from that.

Yes it called lackofabilityitus and has affected him his whole career apparantly.

Don't get me wrong, Che was a solid player for us 100% effort etc but we have moved on as a Club since the likes of Che Wilson, Carl Pettefer, Mark Bentley etc.

All of them did well for us, and are solid pro's but none of them have the ability to be playing in a side thats aim is to reach the Championship.
