Charlie Kelman

Needs to go and make a career for himself now as a lower league goal scorer. I'm not convinced but I hope he proves me wrong.

Refereeing a six aside league tonight, I turned to a very young talented two footed player afterwards and said "well played Bobby".

He then said "how do you know my name?"

I said "I know all the good players names"

He then pointed at the Southend badge and said "you'll know my surname aswell then"

I asked "what is it?"

"Kelman" was the response.

His younger brother I believe.... quite a talent!

Well Kelman junior (Bobby) was at it tonight again in a dominant display. 3 goals, 2 assists and unbelievable feet.
With his brothers links to our club, I was going to suggest we take a look at him. Sadly missed a trick there ... spoke with him after the game and he's already signed for Chelmsford. Shame, quite a young player!

I think he was at Billericay last season? I'm sure we will have been aware of his progress there.

Scored twice for Wigan against Charlton who had former loanee Daniel Kanu in their lineup.
Sadly that was pretty much all he did at Wigan and he was very out of his depth. He seems to have lost that fight and energy and so he struggles to make any form of impact either starting or coming off the bench.

Just scored against our U19s for West Ham

Kelman with an unstoppable strike from the edge of the area to give Orient their first League One victory of the season.
