Question Can any of you old gits help

Cascade was good...but nothing beat the excitement of getting an Atari games console (£99.99) and a copy of Space Invaders to go with it (£29.99)

Lot of money in 1979, surprised we could afford it actually.

I came in to post cascade but firmly beaten to it.

One of my greatest boxing days, the family was driven down to visit my cousins in Kent for the usual borefest, however, I saw that they had this beauty all set up.

My brother and spent the rest of the day hogging it. It was fantastic!

What was the point of that game? Was there any skill involved or was it just a matter of watching the balls hopping from one side to the other?

Believe me irish, getting them to hop from one side to the other is true skill indeed, years of practice.

what a bunch of sad old fossils you are. Can't understand what all the fuss is about.Cricko invented one of those with mammoth skins and pebbles eroded into perfectly formed orbs before the last ice age.
