Been with Plusnet since 2002. Very happy on their Broadband 'Extra' product. I believed they recently moved their Call Centre from South Africa BACK to Sheffield. There is a community forum on their website which is very good for dealing with issues (should they arise).

I've just moved to PlusNet's fibre optic broadband and phone package - very happy, excellent service. I made 1 phone call to them, they did the rest.

If you start using iPlayer or LoveFilm etc you'll chomp through pretty quick!
PlusNet were excellent - someone on here may send you a recommendation to reduce their bill ;)

Just my experiences with them. Poor download speeds at the best of times, at peak it grounds to a crawl and useless non-uk call centre staff.
