Hmm, using a wages calculator, if my player's consistency, stamina and wicket-keeping was to pop imminently he would at worst be 0.6 of a skill away. As that's unlikely it surely shouldn't be that far away?

Went for a bowler, if only I put them on a batting. The batting saved this YP from being more crap, so I'm thankful for it. Can't tell sub-levels from this player though, really. How much would I get when I sell?
