BT Youth Pull Thread

* ORM *

Still Loves Emma Bunton. Roy McDonough is God!
Firstly as there's conflicting evidence on the BT forums what's the optimum use of ITS to use for pulling for a batsman, bowler and all rounder please ?

Also the difference between strong and superb acadamy is only one or two ITS - for a relative newbie like me is it worth it ?

* Waaaaaaaaaah * * Sob * invested all the way through to strong at the moment and down to £1.4 in the bank :(

1st, I would take your Acadamy to Superb. Once it's there it only costs 30k per year to keep to Superb.

Having a Superb Acadamy allows you to allocate 35 ITS on a YP. Best split for those IMO is Batter / Bowler 11 Stamina, 12 Primary / 12 Secondary. For an all-rounder there are 2 options, either you pull as for a bowler and hope he has some batting, or you allocate 12 for both Batting and Bowling, 7 on Stamina and 4 on Consistency. That will give you something like Feeble Stamina, Mediocre Batting and Bowling and Woeful Consistency as a minimum.

1st one of the season and usual rubbish

My only disappointment is that I didn't lump all the ITS into his stamina rather than taking a chance on bumping up his batting.

If you've got 4 nets free he's definitely worth keeping, alternatively he'd fetch close to a 1m on the TM.

Not too shabby, my second competent fast bowler pull in 2 years, I'll bung him on a net.

Not bad. I must now consider whether I train or sell.

With that wage he's got be close to proficient.

I think he's probably about 3 weeks from proficient.

But the question is what would be more financially efficient:

1. selling him as a week 1 respectable?
2. selling his as a week 4 proficient?

There's also the option of trying to sell him as a 17year old strong later this season.

My only other respectables have been in the second half of the season, so a week 1 one is a pleasant surprise.

Here is my effort.

He's could be anywhere between 6 and 9 weeks away from Respectable bowling. However the further away he is, means he's nearer to popping in Stamina and Cons.

Competent Primaries start at $385, Respectable Primaries start at $634, but you also have to take into account Stamina and the Secondary, which could be anything between $8 and $32 each.

All the build up for my first ever ITS YP and I end up with a med/med/med Medium pacer- cant copy from Battrick on phone so will have to do tonight - worth bugger all in TM I guess
