Level VII on the way next season. Makes more sense than expanding Level VI.

there's a lot of turnover in VI though, there's 4 teams in my league who have different (human) managers than they had at the start.

there's a med/comp/comp spinner who doesn't finish for another 4.5 hours, he's at 109k at the moment. generally, i think seamers are selling for a bit more than spinners too. there's a lot of variation in prices though, it depends if you can get a few teams into a bidding war or not.

B - do you reckon he's worth giving one or two weeks bowling before selling him? I'd probably have to give up a fielding net on someone to do it.

To give you an idea, earlier in the season I trained a 17yo for (I think) three weeks to get them to respectable/competent with competent stamina and he sold for £750k. Your guy looks pretty close if you compare his wage so I'd go for it

Hmm, slightly higher wage, higher BTR (although he's presumably been trained since) plus later on in the season, so I doubt I'll get that much. However I need to start skill trading to build up funds.

Respectable / Comp bats with Mediocre Stamina (not 17yos) have been going for about 500k, so I reckon you should be looking at at least that much if you train him up.

At the absolute worst, he is 5 weeks away. However if that's the case, then he'll pop cons as well, on 1 bowling net.

anyone want to hazard a guess at how close this guy is to a bowling pop, and how much he's worth? he was only pulled a couple of weeks ago so i think wages should be accurate? Am pondering a bid for him, he's at 70k at the moment. I like the stamina, also the little bit o' batting, + superb leadership - don't have an attacking quick bowler and want one to open up.

Hmm, he could be a little bit away, because the Respectable Stamina could be worth anything between £96 and £217 of the wage. If it's the former he's still about 4-5 weeks away, if the latter then I would guess he has just popped in bowling.

However, that's not to say that he wouldn't do a reasonable job for you.

cheers. He's at 130k already, so i think he's going to end up at more than i'd want to pay for him anyway given that uncertainty about his sub-levels.
