Not suprising really less "supporters" getting on their backs all the time.
And a recurring theme over the last few years. The negativity at home is what cripples our team time and time again - didn't used to be like that, weren't we Fortress Roots Hall under Tilson at one time?

Bristol Match thread.

3-1 and apart from Gill, who would hardly make much difference anyway, it is virtually a full squad tonight. If MM hasn't lost the changing room already god knows how bad it will get if he ever does!

They are all moaning big time.

Unbelievable comment.

This division is all about confidence.

Think how we tonked Torquay last season. We were 4 up in no time and they looked the worst team in the division. They soon got some confidence back and went on a 20 match unbeaten run.

With Laird in our side we stopped the rot against York and now look set for consecutive wins. That's going to be a real boost for confidence.

I tend to respect your posts because they are thought out with reason.

I think as a team you can grow in confidence but what do you do with a keeper that is 'low on confidence'? drop him or keep playing him in the hope he will come good. Either of those choices could make him worse.

Do you get a psychologist in? Will that help?

From watching recently, the defence dont seem to have confidence in Smith. Is not coming off his line a 'confidence' thing.

You are right about Laird though, he has made a big difference
