As for another forward coming in, I saw that Simon Church has joined Orient on loan from Reading. Wasn't his name being knocked about on here during January? Also, Chris Dickson has withdrawn his transfer requested at Charlton (Or he said he would be as his getting a run in the side).

Interesting one for all of us who think "he is clearly good enough for the CCC".

Maybe it didnt work out at Cov for whatever reason, but could have brought Sawyers feet back on the ground and maybe Chelsea will reconsider where best to develop him.

I know we cannot take him now, but hopefully a season-long loan next season would be in order?

They certainly would be. That duo, with additionally suitable replacements for Robinson and Dervite, whom everyone seems pretty sure are going to leave. I think I would then face next season with a high degree of confidence......... ...........................but I don't suppose it's going to happen!

I don't think we can - we cant take him on a short term loan because we have already had him for the maximum allowed and I don't think we can have a long term loan till the end of the season because the transfer window is shut.

But I could be completely wrong !!!!!!!

We can't have him again this season. However, if he were not to get another loan deal this season it may take him off the radar of a few clubs come the summer.

Leon Clarke is playing, and scoring, for Sheffield Wednesday at the moment, and has been a regular fixture for most of this season. No chance of signing him on loan, and that's without taking into consideration the seemingly bad terms he left here on.

i know thats why i said a player in that mould? maybe chris dickson or
leroy lita would do ;) but seriously if anyone a premiership youngster.
